Synopsis: Lissandre and Umar belong to an autonomous group that has settled in the middle of the forest. All live in fear of the mysterious rumblings emanating from the neighboring valley. Lissandre, attracted by these sounds and weary of communal life, decides to leave. Umar, who has stayed at the camp, regrets having let his friend go off on her own.

THEO JOLLET
Théo Jollet is a filmmaker from Tours who graduated from ENSAD Paris. His first films quickly became part of a form of fantastic realism, communicating the territories of his childhood with the influences of his generation. In 2020, he directed Le Boug Dougselected at the Rotterdam International Film Festival and awarded the Grand Prix Lab at the Clermont-Ferrand Festival. The film will subsequently be broadcast on Mubi. Théo Jollet is currently writing his first feature film in collaboration with Thomas Trichet and Martin Maire.
THOMAS TRICHET
Born in 1994, Thomas Trichet grew up in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés, near Paris. Following his art studies at ENSAAMA and ENSAD, he directed his first short film, Le Taxi de Sun City, in 2019. The film, selected in several festivals, will later be broadcast on Arte and rewarded by the CNC. He is developing a multi-faceted artistic practice that blends live action and animation, alternating genres between fiction and documentary. In 2020, he founded the JTM filmmaking collective with Martin Maire and Théo Jollet. Together, they have collaborated on several films (Le Boug Doug, L'Odyssée des Minéraux, Brasero) and are currently writing their first feature film.
MARTIN MAIRE
Martin Maire is a French director and 3D artist, who graduated from ENS AAMA in digital graphic design in 2017. His diploma project PAN! is a multimedia documentary questioning hunting in our modern societies. He also worked as a freelancer in various creative studios (Golgotha, Adulte Adulte...) and as a teacher at IFM Paris before co-founding studio JTM in 2020. He co-wrote and co-directed several short films and documentaries, including Le Taxi de Sun City (CNC quality award) and L'Odyssée des Minéraux (broadcast on Arte).
